Converso is an AI-powered chatbot platform that allows you to create custom chatbots by uploading documents, files, or URLs. The Service processes this content using artificial intelligence to generate responses to user queries.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONVERSO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Converso operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
